Batch resave PageMaker files

Script for InDesign CS3 and CS6.

Note: CS6 is the last version which opens pmd-files. If you try to run the script in a later version, you would get a warning:

At start the script suggests you to select a folder with pmd-files:

Then the script creates a ‘Resaved Files’ folder in it and opens and resaves every file one-by-one.

Finally, a word of warning: like any conversion, the process isn't perfect. The resulting InDesign documents may be somewhat different than PageMaker originals. I recommend you to refer to pdf or hardcopies if you need to make them exact copies. (If you have them, of course.)
