Replace time from 24 hrs to AM-PM

A simple InDesign script for converting time from European (24 hrs.) to American format (AM/PM).
Written for about 5 minutes by Kasyan in response to a request posted here on the adobe scripting forum.

You can Undo-Redo the whole script.
