Align caption to image

The user can select one of the following:

• both the image frame and caption
• the image frame (with black arrow)
• the image itself (with white arrow)
• the caption
• some text in the caption
• place the cursor into the caption

With text frame and/or graphic frame selected performes these steps:

• Apply object style caption to text frame
• Make width of text frame equal to the width of graphic frame
• Fit content to frame for text frame
• Align text frame below graphic frame
