Export latest book to pdf

Script for InDesign CS5 version 2.2

This script exports the .indb Book to PDF.

The script automatically locates the .indb file by looking in for the latest issue # in the path: Volumes/L'Express/Archives L'Express/.

If the book has not been opened yet, it opens it. And exports the book to pdf-file to the same folder where the indb-file is located using "[High Quality Print]" preset with view "PDF after export" option set to on.

In version 2.2 time testing was added.
