Change automatically frame with hyperlink text into hyperlinked frame

This script for InDesign takes hyperlinks located in text frames and converts them to hyperlinks assigned to the text frames containing them.
Note: a text frame should contain only one hyperlink. If it has 2+ hyperlinks only one of them will be used.
The script marks the text frames as “processed” so they will be skipped on the next run.
Also, the script skips silently text frames that are already in use by other hyperlinks.
