Convert hyperlinks to buttons

Script for InDesign. Last tested in CC 2015.4 but should work in earlier versions too.

As the name suggests, it converts existing hyperlinks -- both text and images -- to buttons, like so:

By the way, originally the script was created for the table of contents in folio (Adobe Digital Publishing Suite) -- otherwise the links didn't work there.
