JumpToLink function

This function creates a temporary HTML file in a subfolder of the temporary folder and ‘executes’ it so the URL is opened in the default browser.

This is useful for ScriptUI controls in dialog boxes. For example, you can add it to the ‘About’ button’s onClick callback so that when the user clicks it, the web page with the description opens.
