Script UI bugs

Problems with listboxes, the Treeview. Everything works great on CS6. It broke down with the release of 2015.5 or near so. Probably this became broken after Adobe switch to the Mondo framework for ESTK. I believe Treeview was Flash based, so that no longer works, and I doubt that they will bring it back.

Unfortunately, after CS6 it was no longer possible to change fonts or type size in ScriptUI panels and dialogs.
